我估计这个波导两端有正常波导,应该是需要给出S参数,载流子随波长的变化。环形谐振器调制器应该与此类似:

INTERCONNECT不仿真具体的物理器件,仅根据器件特性参数进行仿真。你只需要输入S参数即可,因为模式与普通波导不一样。
