我下载了“Small-Scale Metalens – Field Propagation”进行仿真。得到了“unit_cell.fsp”中用RCWA扫描后得到的结果“grating_characterization”。
我不太理解“results”结果下,该数据集“grating_characterization”中的m和n代表的是什么参数?
此外在“unit_cell.lsf”脚本中出现了
“ni = find(grating_characterization.n, 0); # n index of 0th order
mi = find(grating_characterization.m, 0); # m index of 0th order”
我想进一步理解为什么要取n=m=0,为什么不能是n=m=1或者其他的数据?

n=m=0 是指零级衍射,因为这些是平面结构(平面光栅而不是闪耀光栅),零级衍射透射率最高。你试一下看看是不是。
