SubscriberHi all,
I would like to ask whether there is a possibility to get frequency response function (or transfer function) from Ansys Transient Structural and Ansys Random Vibration Module. The transfer function should be like from Harmonic Response Module, instead for sinusodial signal I am analyzing a random signal. I am doing this to verify and compare the results of damage calculation between the transient and random vibration method with python code. The transfer functions will be loaded in a python code to verify the damage of the desired node that I am currently analysing. The input of the load is random gaussian signal for acceleration.
Thank you for your response and help.
With kind regards,
Aimran

You can copy and paste the data into excel and generate an equation.
