SubscriberHello,
I have some assemblys with some rather complex geometry that i have to import to Discovery, but for some reason, I always have some geometry errors that i have to fix on Discovery.
Do you have any tips that can help me import geometry from Creo without having to fix it ? An export protocol maybe ? I import the 3D files directly from creo in .asm format. Should I convert to .stp from creo then import ?ÂThank you for your time

Forum ModeratorHi Basile,Â
There can be translation issues while importing the files from one platform to another.Â
What you can try is following settings to cleanup any issues while importing the model itself.Settings >> File >> General >> Improve Imported DataÂ
You can also Activate Check Geometry and try automatic cleanup options available.Â
What geometry errors do you see generally after importing?ÂRegards
