Generating a Sliceable Free Jet Mesh using polydata

 Hi

I am working on  Generating a Sliceable Free Jet Mesh using polydata which has been explained at userguide.

 I am trying to convert a veriaty of meshes to slicible onec using polydata following the structre mention in the use guide , but i have always the following erro 

 " An error has occured during topological operation. ***************************** * Expert tool suggestions * ***************************** This topological error is probably an inconsistency between the mesh and the data files. Different indexes are used for sub-domains or boundary sets in the both files. If you have modified or refined your mesh, please check the sub-domains and boundary sets numbering."

i have create a .msh file and entered this file to the polyflow classic at Ansys workbench. 

can you provide me with detail explenation of example regarding this issue.
