How to model a stepped beam in general form using only beam elements in APDL?

      How is it possible to model a stepped beam in general form using only beam elements in APDL?

      Note the midplane of two concecutive beams are not at the same location in this case and have a distance.

      It seems the section offset does not work is this case!
