      我设置高斯光束沿z轴正方向传播，并且位于z轴的-1000nm的位置。我想设置其焦点在z轴的0nm的位置，该如何设置呢？

      缺省情况下，焦点位于光源的注射位置。如果焦点位置不在光源注射面你就要设置“distance from focus" 。 就你说的情况，这个数值应该是-1微米。参见
