Free trial won’t activate

      Downloaded space claim via free trial, logged in, but says no license. How do I enable free trial?

      There is currently an issue with free trial license. I will get back to you once it gets fixed for your account. I apologize for the inconvenience.

      Apologies for getting back to you late on this. Your free trial license was assigned on Feb 18, 2021 and it will expire on March 20. I know that most of the period has been lapsed without usage of the license, but can you try using the license now? You just need to install the launch SpaceClaim, enter your login details and it will activate your license.

      Also, once you activate it let me know and I can get your trial license extended by another 15 days to cover up the earlier loss.
