Can anyone help figure out what am i doing wrong?

It looks like the crack is at the bottom of a fillet radius. Try moving the origin of the crack coordinate system a small amount in the Global Z direction so the spider of elements around the end point do not start below the surface of the fillet radius, but instead start above the surface.n
