SubscriberHi All,
I want to monitor force time histories on the walls of the model in my simulation and extract at the end of the simulation.
Force is not available in surface report definition to apply "area weighted average" like the case of pressure.
Please how do i go about that?

Thanks

Ansys EmployeeHello,Â
Under Reports > Forces, define the force on a wall and save as output parameter. You can then use the execute command to write out the output parameter at the required frequency.Â

Forum ModeratorLook in Report Definitions>Force Report. You want to send the data to file. In the above you've created a parameter set, that's typically used at the end of the simulation for response surface work etc.Â
