Force-Displacement graph

  I have a structure on which i applied a force on 8 faces. i would like to ask if it's possible to draw a diagram force-displacement. If that is not possible, how could i extract the values of the different steps between time=0 to 1 to a spreadsheet ? Is it possible to decrease also the time step so i could have more values?
  Last question, i would like the diagram to display actually the force and the average (or the nodal average given by ansys) of the displacement, is it possible?
