Ansys EmployeePlease check if you getting any warning message in output file.nOctober 2, 2020 at 12:54 ammrife
Ansys EmployeeFirstly, wow good job on using Mechanical APDL to do meshing. Check the output window for a listing of each shape check so you know which the elements are failing. How to resolve 'it' depends a lot of what shape checking is giving the warnings, and how the meshing was done in the first place. So you may need to give many more details on what you are doing with respect to modeling/meshing. A good quality mesh on that shape may be easier to get if you start with the cross sectional area. Do some proper mesh sizings and controls to get a good quality area mesh. Then generate the 3D mesh by revolving the area/mesh to create the volume and 3D elements.nMikenViewing 2 reply threads- The topic ‘for functionally graded nose cone, I am getting mesh warning.
