  I am facing similar issue, is there any suggestion for this?

  I am using shared topology to do CHT simulation.
  I have no foreigh charachters in my file naming. I did not find any intersecting bodies in space claim (tried combine tool to find any possible intersection between parts).
  The mesh is done, but then as I try to load the mesh to Fluent, I get the above error.
  
  I am open to all suggestions. Thanks.

  Please post an image of the mesh. A cut plane will be helpful.
