Subscriber我正在学习网格质量评估相关的知识,想要以fluent的数值为标准,自己写一个网格质量评估程序,但是对于质量较差的单元,计算正交质量等角偏斜等体积偏斜时会完全无法对应,猜测可能是对于畸形单元的质心、面心、面法向、最大最小角计算与fluent的处理有偏差,阅读了fluent手册发现这些参数没有详细的计算方法或特殊处理,请问有什么可以参考的资料或代码吗?

Forum ModeratorI'm learning about mesh quality assessment and want to write my own mesh quality assessment program using Fluent's numerical values as a standard.
However, for poor-quality elements, the calculation of orthogonal mass, angular skewness, and volumetric skewness is completely inaccurate.
I suspect there might be a discrepancy between Fluent's handling of the centroid, face center, face normal, and maximum/minimum angles for
distorted elements. I've read the Fluent manual but found no detailed calculation methods or special handling for these parameters.
Are there any reference materials or code I can use? -

Forum ModeratorThere are some notes in the Meshing course, and also mesh quality metrics in the Fluent course. However, other than User documentation I have no other information. Given the metrics are designed for Fluent, and calculated using schemes in Fluent I'm fairly confident they're correct.
