SubscriberHi,
I'm using Fluent Meshing for the first time. I wanted to do some edge sizing but on my computer, that option is not available (as you can see in the image). I opened the file onanother computer (with version 2021), and the option was there.
I'm using Fluent 2020 R2.
Why I don't have the option? I'm doing something wrong?
Thanks all for the help -

Forum ModeratorFluent Meshing has been evolving over the last some releases. If an option isn't available in an older version it's usually because it's new in the later version. Â
Note, I very rarely use any local size controls. It's usually sufficient to make good use of the global size functions. -

Hello
I suppose you are using watertight workflow. In 2022R1 and 2021R2 atleast, edge sizing in Add Local Sizing is only available if the imported geometry contains one or more named edges. You could try that out in the version you are working with.
