Fluent saving project fails

  After finishing and when I attempt to save the project, during the saving process the following appears
  
  Writing "| gzip -2cf > FFF-Setup-Output.cas.gz"...
  
  Writing temporary file C:UsersuserAppDataLocalTempflntgz-62163 ..
  Node 0: Process 10132 signal SIGSEGV.
  Fatal error in one of the compute processor
  
  and the fluent exits with no solution available for CFD Post
  
  File 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxTher 1m_filesdp0FFF-2FluentFFF-2.1-1-00105.dat.gz' does not exist or is not readable.
  I have tried to use the fluent standalone, workbench, reinstalling the software and updated version and all had the same issue.

  Are there any command (eg + % @) or non-English characters in the path? Also check write permissions to the folder.
