Fluent R2 2022 application failed to connect, what should i do?

  Looks like you were able to complete the steps till the solution tab. Is this error coming up when you try to open the Results?

  Yes, it only happens when i trying to open the result on my win10 desktop. But when i send it to my win11 laptop, the result can be opened.

  Can you try launching Results again after deleting ‘.cfx’ folder from this location: C:\Users\'username'\ ?

    I didn't find '.cfx' folder in this location.

  You need to be able to see the hidden folders, there's an "AppData" folder in there too.

  No, C:\Users\userID\AppData
  You did extract the zip, then install on C: whilst running as Admin?

    I didn't install on C:
    inside C:\Users\userID\AppData, i search cfx is like this

  I think that's inside the installer zip. Where did you install the software?

  That may explain it. We've had problems with installs that aren't on C: with Student.

    I have tried uninstall ANSYS and reinstall it on C: and still not work.

  so have you solve the probelm? jiaji hu because i hv the seme problm as you
