Hi!
When I use the piecewise polynomial function of cp for water vapor in fluent with the same coefficients given by fluent itself, I get better results for my multiphase simulation. Are the coefficients accurate or just an example? If they are accurate, where do they come from? Can you please provide me the source?ÂKind regards,
Â

They're probably accurate, as is all of the materials database but you need to check it's appropriate for your model: pressure isn't mentioned in most cases. Some of the material data has references, however much of it does not as the values were added at various times over the last 40 years.Â
It's an area we're looking into with the (formerly) Granta team but that's focussed on solid properties at present.Â
