Fluent Meshing surface mesh failure

I built a solid geometry in SpaceClaim and it did not give any faults (no gaps etc.). When doing my meshing in Fluent Meshing (Watertight Geometry), it seems to fail at certain mesh size limits (min size, max size) for the surface mesh. Higher size limits for the surface mesh don't seem to give a problem, while lower size limits lead to failure of the surface mesh (see pic). I'm confused as to why this is happening, since the SpaceClaim geometry does not have specific errors. Are there different things I need to check? Also, decreasing the max cell length of the cells to increase the amount of volume elements did not give problems, so it seems very specific to the surface mesh.

      Hello,
Although the geometry checks in SC was successful, there could still be some split edges or inexact edges that could be causing issues. I would suggest go through the Repair operation in SC (Unshare the topology before this operation) and then do a share topology. You might also want to consider forced share topology in case the tolerance is small. Also check for small faces in SC under the Repair tab.
