Is it necessary that the nodes of two different pieces coincide in the mesh? please, could you explain to me the difference between matching or not?

It's not necessary, but will mean you need a non conformal interface: this uses interpolation to allow flow (and or energy) to pass between the volumes. I'd also recommend using a new topic for a new question.
