Hello,
I am trying to run a Ansys Fluent simulation at the University HPC cluster but I am facing a license server connection issue when I run the job in batch mode. The HPC runs on CentOS and uses Slurm scheduling. I am using Ansys Fluent 2023R2.
When I run Ansys Fluent at the head node of the HPC using Fluent GUI instead of batch mode, Fluent can connect to the license server and I am able to run a simulation. However, when I run in batch mode Fluent cannot connect to the license server and gives me this error message. I have checked that the license server is up and running and that ports 1055 and 2335 are not blocked by the firewall. I would appreciate any help or suggestions on how to solve this issue. Thank you.

Please point to the license server with fully qualified domain name. Add this environment variable to all nodes or in the script: ANSYSLMD_LICENSE_FILE=1055@me-lc6.gre.ac.uk
