Since I've upgraded to ANSYS Student 2021 R1 (from 2020 R1), almost every time I initialize a Fluent simulation I get a SIGSEV error on each of the nodes I am using (I am running my simulations locally in parallel). Fluent then closes and throws a Cortex error from Workbench.

The issue also occurs and is repeatable when I complete a simulation setup, exit Fluent, and the try to enter Fluent through the solutions tab in Workbench. The simulation will load until the initialization, sometimes even crashing before initialization, right after the mesh details are presented in the command terminal. I've also tried remeshing several times, but the mesh I am using is very basic (3D, uniform, structed) so I have doubts the issue is with the mesh.

Further, this issue also occurs when using ANSYS Student 2020 R2. I've done multiple "clean" (i.e. deleting all ANSYS files I could find) installs of both versions (2020 R2 and 2021 R1) to no effect. I've also made sure to only assign as many processors as allowed, noting the 4 processor limit imposed in Student 2021 R1.

Aside from trying the simulation in a Fluent-standalone (which I am reluctant to rely on if it does work because of changing my current workflow), I am not sure what else I can do.
