since our institution switched from 2022r1 to 2023r1 any import from spaceclaim geometry fails, I've checked there's no spaces within the file path, but no matter the geometry it fails with these logs

THERE is a way to get it to open in meshing.... clicking it here in spaceclaim it imports fine, but then theres no way to save it as far as i know, so it's not really a valid option, please help

      **EDIT*** ADDITIONAL DETAILS

I noticed here that if i click on meshing in workbench the working directroy is stuck as system 32 and not editible

If i start from spaceclaim direct the working directory is different

Make sure that your CAD configuration is set up properly for 23R1.

8.1. Using the Product & CAD Configuration Manager (ansys.com)

Are you able to import .pmdb files without error?

IF yes, try creating this new System Environment Variable and then retry launching Fluent to see if the import helps.

      Var Name - ANSYSCL_BIND_TO_LOOPBACK

      Var Value - 1
