Fluent & Discovery Web App

  Hi there
  Does anyone know how to use this new feature in Ansys fluent?
  
  Is it possible to be used with a regular license or would I need to buy a cloud solution to have access to it?
  
  Does the same procedure work for Discovery Web App?
