Fluent calculation is not working

  Hi All I am doing a solution for Carpark ventilation, however in solution phase calculation is not working. Calculation starts but stuck at 0% and then stops.
  
  Not sure whats the issue. Would appeciate if any one can support.

  What Version are you running?
  What machine and Operating System are you using?
  What happens if you use msmpi and 127.0.0.1:

  I have same problem. And I changed settings it is on the picture.
  
  using win10 pro for workstations
  processor intel
  And Ansys version v221
