SubscriberHi there,
I used to work fine with 19.2 on my notebook (Microsoft Surface Pro 5) but i don't know why Fluent became "black screen"
I have the exact same computer, configuration and the same "black screen" problem in ANSYS Academic 19.2 with Josh in this thread: /forum/forums/topic/fluent-s-black-empty-graphic-window/. But after going through all similar articles regarding this, I still can't figure out how to solve it, especially the "msw / opengl" idea.
Â
Â
Â
Can someone please help?
Thank you so much.Â

Ansys EmployeeThis is likely graphics related issue.nTry updating your graphics driver from vendor website (do not use Device Manager to find/update the driver)nIf that doesn't help, try adding the followingnFLUENT_LAUNCHER_OPTIONS=-driver mswnin the Environment tab of Fluent Launcher.nIf that doesn't help either change from 'msw' to 'opengl' or 'opengl2' -
