Fluent application failed to start

      Hi


      Fluent failed to launch on both the workbench and stand-alone version keeping no response like that. I have spent two days on this and tried most of the available solutions suggested in other thread but did not work. Finally, I have to use task manager to close the Fluent. Could anyone help me with this error? Many thanks.
