I have a problem. I can't assign the floquet port even though I'am using "modal network" as a solution type but always the same problem.

In general, you might find helpfull the fact that there is an insightfull AIS Course that describes a way to simulate a Patch Antenna using Floquet Ports: Ansys HFSS Floquet Port - ANSYS Innovation Courses. 

Apart from that, please keep in mind that in order to make availiable the option to assign Floquet Ports,  the HFSS Solution Setup must be set as Modal Network Analysis:
