Can you please provide some specific solution to Ernesto Peters ?
His license is not getting excepted on the server side.
Do he need a new license file as he has changed server from local pc to network server?

It seems you probably changed something in the license file, that's the only way that error message occurs. You will need to process a license server change, using the Licensing Portal. Below is the link for Licensing Portal.
