Hello,
Our client uses floating versions of spaceclaim.
From time to time, if spaceclaim crashes, the license is not released from the license server.
Is it possible to see from a client computer (without involving IT) which users are using spaceclaim in order to remove the process that is running ?

Hello GUICAD
Which version of SpaceClaim is the customer using?
If the customer is using the 2020 R2 version, this is a known bug in that version.Â
Can you please try upgrading to a more latest version and check again?

Customer uses Ansys SpaceClaim 2021R2.
With SpaceClaim Enginner floating license, if all licenses are used, the user has a warning message when starting SpaceClaim to check the current users.
Is the same case with Ansys SpaceClaim floating license?

Hello,
Any news for me on the possibility to see active users from a client computer with a floating ansys spaceclaim license?

Hello GUICAD
Apologies for the delay. If all licenses are engaged, then the user, on launching Discovery will get a notification that licenses are busy.Â
If you would like to check who is using the licenses, you can check them in Ansys Client License Settings.
