  From the message, it seems the license file doesn't start until November 1st.
  Can you try to stop and start the license server again and check if it starts?

    Oh wow, that is the issue. The License manager is able to run with no problem. However, when I tried to run Ansys Fluent. It is still giving me errors.

  On the machine where you see the issue, run:
  Start->Ansys 2022 R2->Ansys Client Licensing Settings 2022
  
  Verify that the License server is listed. If Not add it and save.
