SubscriberHello, We have obtained a group license which includes 30 user subscriptions for key the 1-766822971. I have gone through the license activation through cmd and get success message. However Discovery does not start. The error message is as shown in the figure. Can you please help me finding a solution?

Ansys EmployeeHello Ersen
Can you login to your Discovery account subscriptions page and see what date is mentioned against the "Start date"?

SubscriberHello Naresh Patre
There exists no subscription, hence no start date or else.. I just have the license file which includes 30 user subscriptions. I selected an arbitrary one and used cmd "ansysls_client.exe -ActivateLicenseEntitlement
" . Is there any prerequisite for it or any other way to register a subscription? -

SubscriberHello Naresh Patre ,
I am just informed that our order processing specialist assigned a future date of April 15th as the license start (assuming there wont be any issue using the software before that date as in the case of ANSYS licenses). I am sorry for this situation. Probably, the license will be activated on that specific date.
