Ansys EmployeePlease share an image of the mesh. What kind of elements are you using? If you are using solid elements try to reduce the element size and remesh with few more elements in each direction.nnRegards,nIshan.nnFebruary 3, 2021 at 1:28 pmTheHoang

Ansys EmployeenTry inserting a mesh sizing control with at least 2 elements along each edge (z and x axix) and let me know if the error persists. You could also run a modal analysis to check whether the constraints look good or not. Large deflection also causes a pivot error in some cases. You could try reducing the load or adding a stiffer material.nnRegards nIshannFebruary 3, 2021 at 4:54 pm1shan
Ansys EmployeeAlso, Ansys staff can not download files from forum, so if you want to reach a larger audience to get answers from, please insert the images inline.nn-IshannFebruary 4, 2021 at 6:55 amTheHoang
