Finding the resistance across biological material (eye) with changing parameters

I am attempting to calculate the resistance across an eye from an applied voltage or current to two points on top of the cornea and the results that I am recieving are eratic and inconsistent indicating that I may be running my simulations incorrectly. My simulated eye is several cyinders with their respective materials, with a pupil in the iris which changes from 1mm radius to a 4mm radius. As the pupil increases in size there will be more conductive fluid and less muscle tissue (non-conductive) in the current path which should lower the resistance of the eye.

When I apply a constant current of 100mA (which is high but its just for checking resistance). The rsuslts are as follows:

Would anyone have any idea how to change this simulation so that the results are less speratic of is there a better way to do this other than Maxwell 3D DC Conduction?

Hi, can you highlight the area that excitations were assigned to? For the voltage plot, the results seem have lots of noise, is the mesh fine enough?

Those are the excitations, I'll atempt to increase the mesh polygons and will see.
