Finding reflection of a nanowire end facet

  Hi,
  I want to calculate (in FDTD) how much power is being reflected at the end facet of a GaAs nanowire (Refractive index 3.63) that standing on SiO2 substrate (refractive index of 1.48). My simulation is attached in the following link.
