Film thickness measure in rotating disc

      Hi everyone,
I’m using ANSYS Fluent with a VOF model for thin-film flow on a rotating disc. The simulation runs, but I don’t know how to extract and plot film thickness vs circumferential angle (θ) at a given radius.

Can someone please explain the steps to create the interface surface and get the thickness-vs-theta plot?

      Thank you!

Assuming you've resolved the film sufficiently you need to create an iso-surface of volume fraction and an iso-surface of radial position. Once you have those two surfaces create a second iso-surface of one or the other whilst having the "other or one" selected. You'll finish up with a line that's common to both iso-surfaces: note the line is a surface (Fluent definition) but is fine to then graph on the xy plots.
