      在该仿真中，虽然收敛但是在峰值处出现了几个较大的尖峰，请问如何解决这个尖峰。因为我怀疑在做单波长仿真时不收敛与这个有关

      你好，关于你的问题：首先建议您检查网格设置，Metamaterial的仿真对网格分辨率非常敏感；监视器采样率和频率分辨率也建议细化；仿真边界建议使用PML并增大其厚度。我们官网有关于Metamaterial仿真相关设置的注意事项您可以参考一下:Metamaterial simulation methodology – Ansys Optics.也可以参考相关工程案例的一些仿真设置：Tunable THz metamaterial based on a periodic array of graphene – Ansys Optics。
