October 25, 2023 at 11:48 amLevente BicskeiSubscriberHi,
When I try to create a surface mesh with a wrapper, the mesher can not handle small gaps (compared to the size of the other solids) and the surface mesh of the two solids get connected when there should be a gap.Despite the fact that the minimum element size in the local sizing is much smaller than the gap: the gap is about 40 mm, while the minimum element size set with proximity is 5 mm on both body surfaces. I also extracted the edge feature with intersection loop method. How can I correct this error?
Thank you! -

Please give some named selection to faces in that gap. Then use local sizing for that faces.
Please go through help manual for more details
Regards,
Keyur
