SubscriberHi,
I have searched many fatigue test and analysis articles, however some articles just have test others have analysis in Ansys. I am looking for both fatigue analysis of a specimen in Ansys and testing of this analysis. If you have article, can you share with me, please?

Ansys EmployeeHi Louie,
There is lots of material available online related to fatigue in ANSYS. Please check out the below references that might help you.

SubscriberThank you sir, however I need experimental test. I can find fatigue analysis in ANSYS but I need experimental data to compare with simulation. Do you have any example?

Ansys EmployeeHi Louie,
I am not sure what you want to achieve. Are you trying to compare fatigue results, such as life and damage, from ANSYS with experimental data for the same material?

Ansys EmployeeHi Louie,
Thanks for the response. ANSYS calculates the life and damage based on the SN curve you defined in the engineering data, and it is based on the FEA approach. The experimental data comes from physical experiments, i.e., fatigue testing machines; therefore, you cannot perform that experimental test in ANSYS.
