Fatal Error in ANSYS 2020 R1

  I have been using Ansys 2020 R1 from last month, it was working fine but suddenly i opened an Ansys file and this error suddenly appears. If i closed the error by pressing "Ok" workbench get closed. if i don't press the ok it works even open Mechanical but work slowly. If you remove the error window ANSYS 2020 R1 will be closed instantly. Please help me to fix this, i've submissions due on next week. TIA!
