  Please provide OS version , ANSYS version , and the exact name of the installation package that you use.
  
  Also describe how you get to this error , are you trying to launch Workbench ?
  
  Check if you have the install.err file under (default) C:Program FilesANSYS Inc

  I'm trying to open Workbench ANSYS 16.0 and error appeared.
  
  I use window 7 professional 64bit
  
  I don't see install.err file. What should i do?

  That's very old version.
  
  Did it work before ? If so, try reset configuration : Rename folder v160 in this directory
  
  %AppData%Ansys (please copy and paste this in the Windows Explorer address bar)
  
  to anything else (e.g., v160.old)

  Yes,version Ansys workbench 16.0 worked before.
  
  I renamed folder but it didn't work. I also moved Ansys 16.0 and installed free version student 19.2, but the same error appeared.
  
  what should i do?

  Make sure you install all pending Windows update.
  
  Can you try updating your graphics card driver to the latest ?
  
  Also, what is the graphics card you have on the machine ?
