仿真发散问题–duplicate

      老师您好:

      我的结构是SiO2-石墨烯-金属结构,照射3-5um的平面光源,现在遇到了仿真发散的问题。具体来说就是3-5um仿真过程是收敛正确的,但是如果只仿真单一波长,在有的波长下就会出现发散的情况(例如4um正常,3.5um就发散了),下面是我为解决发散问题做的一些尝试:

      1.更改为金属边界,修改时间步长这些常规方式,证明不是pml边界问题和时间步长问题

      2.修改石墨烯参数,会改变发散,减小石墨烯的费米能级,仿真发散会消失

      请问出现我这种情况的原因是为什么呢?我该如何解决,得到想要的单一波长下的正确的仿真结果。
