SubscriberDear community,
I am working on automating a workflow of CAD to simulation and I am trying to record assembling processes on SpaceClaim, however, on my device, SpaceClaim doesn't recrod some functions such as "Align". As shown in the screeshoot, two parts are constrainted by "Align" but the script editor doesn't record these constraints, which means that I cannot create an assembly with "Align" constraint through scripts.
I do able to recored "move", But if I use "move" to place parts to the exact locations and share topology making them seems like an assembly, then Mesh software refuse to generate mesh for me. So I need to use "Align" to constrain parts. At this point, I am totally stucked.
Would you like to give me some suggestions for how to use scripts to create an assembly? or any other CAD software able to do script assembling?
Thank you so much for your time!
best regard,
Chengda
