Failed to check out license “hfss_solve”

When running a simulation we receive the error: Failed to check out license "hfss_solve". License has expired. When looking in our license file it overall appears good through 29-Jun-2022 but if I search for hfss_solve I don't find any current entries. I'm told this last ran successfully last Fall semester, we haven't changed licenses since then. Is this truly a license issue or something else? I am running Windows Server 2012 R2 on the server, the client's should be running Windows 10 Education. I'm told it appears that both the older version of ANSYS Electronics and the newest version are having the same license issue.
Open the program and then go to:
Tools->Options->General Options->Desktop Configuration
Make sure PPE is checked.
