  When I use GPU accelerated 3D-FDTD, the mode expansion monitor shows “failed to calculate result”
  The Lumerical version I am using is 2024 R1

  During CPU acceleration simulation, each monitor produces normal results.
  When GPU accelerates simulation, the mode extension monitor prompts that the results cannot be calculated, but the DFTM monitor, etc. can calculate the results normally.
  Therefore, I believe this is just a minor bug in the 2024R1 version that is not as important (this issue can be resolved by resetting the mode to expand the monitor)
