Failed Mesh Due to Non Conformal or Duplicate or Degenerate Mesh Element

The mesh translation to Fluent failed due to non-conformal, duplicate, or degenerate mesh elements.

      A. I tried to reduce the mesh size, increasing the number of division.

      B. I am using Bottom Up Approach, Initially I use the Edge meshing and then Mesh Meshing.

      C. I check if there is extra face or volume created in Space-claim. But Error Doesn't change.

      D. I have multi body which I have merge using shared topology in Space-claim. Do you I think there is any issue.

      E. My body is fluid volume extract.

The first thing I'd say is to ensure that shared topology has been applied properly. This will create a conformal mesh. Please make sure that there are no contact connections when you transfer the geometry to Ansys Meshing.nTo identify the issue in the geometry, I'd suggest that you share a few screenshots of your geometry. This would help us understand what might be going on. nThanks.nn

Dear Kremella,I tried to reduce the mesh size to 1e-002mm and it shown fine mesh but no error any more for the above one. Do you think I get it right or is it fluke or mistake some kind of it. ?? with this mesh size my trial run are taking very long. Is there any way to optimize this like which part just need fine meshing, I can do it. Since whenever I click error above or go to object it just show me the mesh not any specific location in the diagram. nThanksn

It depends on what was causing the problem. Check for double geometry as the mesh between the brown & outer grey zones doesn't look right. n
