facing problem between lens 3 and 4 – telephoto system

Hi all. I was reverse engineering a teleohoto lens system from a layout. I have made a design. But i need to improve it. I am mostly facing problem between lens 3 and 4. What change should i make to my design to achieve a similar design? I am attaching the screen shot below of what i need and my reference.

Hi Prasad,

On a first look I think that the your fields are larger than what I can observe from the paper image and also the focal length. Hence I would suggest to focus on these.

Hi Nikki,

Thank you for the suggetion. I have used 0, 5, and 10 degrees as fields. Which fields should i actually use? and, what about the aperture settings. I used 17.85 as entrance pupil diameter.
