Hello. I'm simulating in ansys fluent a steady 3D case from which I'm interested in obtaining the wind velocity profile that is obtained as the wake a few meters away of an object. I need this velocity profile to introduce it as the inlet profile for a Wind Turbine calculation in Orcaflex or OpenFast. The problem is that I can only find information about introducing the wind as a .bts file, in those programs, created with a tool called TurbSim.Â
Is there any way that I can export a plane profile from ansys (.prof) of the velocity magnitude, and convert it to .bts or some way to introduce it as an Inlet boundary condition on those programs?
Thank you.Â

There are a few options for getting data out of Fluent, profiles and File>Export being the two main ones. As I don't know what a .bts file looks like I can't advise further.Â
