At first, if you want to find the drag force of the real size of the sports car through a wind tunnel test with your miniature car, you have to determine the Reynolds number of the real size by finding out the car's velocity in real case. Then, you apply the same Reynolds number for the velocity in wind tunnel. Hence, the velocity of the wind tunnel test must be 1/10 of the real size case
