SubscriberI'm importing a txt file into Ansys 2023 Mechanical scripting. I'm trying to assign a cross section to a line and the txt says the number for the outer and inner radius of the circlular tube which I want to put on a line and I keep getting a "expected Quantity, got float" error reading. The code works on Ansys 2021 and 2022. What are some reasons it may not work on 2023?Â

Forum ModeratorCan you paste the code you are using here? ideally you should be able to proceed if you define it as quantity, as shown in https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v241/en/act_script/MechAPIsSetDiscreteValues_Setting_Output.html
